Faculty and staff can connect with Canvas Support through chat or phone, 24/7/365, via the Help button on the Canvas global navigation bar.
QILT also writes and publishes various help articles which can be found in the Documentation & Guides section of our Canvas page.

The Quinnipiac Canvas Course Template has links to a Canvas Resources for Instructors page in the “Instructor Module (Do Not Publish)” module*.* If you don’t see the page or module, contact QILT using our Canvas Request Form.
You will receive training on Canvas as you work with your learning designer, after your course, program, department, or school opts-in to use Canvas and we begin the process with you. You will become familiar with many aspects of Canvas as you build your courses and teach them!
