How do I get 24x7x365 help and support in Canvas?

Faculty and staff can connect with Canvas Support through chat or phone, 24/7/365, via the Help button on the Canvas global navigation bar.

QILT also writes and publishes various help articles which can be found in the Documentation & Guides section of our Canvas page.

Faculty and Staff Help Menu

The Help menu includes the options shown below: the support phone number, the “Chat with Canvas Support” link, a link to submit a Canvas support ticket, and a link to the Training Services Portal. Learn more about the training services portal →

Support resources for tools connected to Canvas can be found toward the bottom of the Help menu and are frequently updated to reflect the most common questions from our community.

Help in the Quinnipiac Canvas Course Template

The Quinnipiac Canvas Course Template has links to a Canvas Resources for Instructors page in the “Instructor Module (Do Not Publish)” module*.* Many department and program course templates also include this module.
