The Canvas Training Services Portal offers faculty access to self-paced training modules, recorded webinars, and a calendar of upcoming live webinars, all designed to support effective teaching in Canvas.
In the global navigation menu, select Help (1), then choose “Training Services Portal” (2).

If prompted, select “Authorize” to continue.


Once the portal opens, select the “Higher Education” tab to view relevant content.

You can also explore “Pathways,” which are collections of courses, and view live training sessions on the “Live Training Calendar” by selecting the sections from the top!

Browse available trainings and select “Enroll Now” on the one you’d like to take.

Select “Enroll.”

Note: You will also receive a confirmation email after enrolling.

The course will open. Courses are self-paced and can be completed on your own schedule.

To revisit a training you’ve started or completed, follow steps 1–3 above again. In the portal’s Dashboard (1), your enrolled courses will be listed (2).
