Quinnipiac Innovations in Learning and Teaching (QILT) is an educational excellence center within Academic Affairs in the Office of the Provost. Our team of experts in learning design, media, technology, teaching, and educational development works to enhance teaching and learning across all course formats by promoting innovative pedagogical strategies and technologies that create engaging, effective experiences.
Guided by our mission to develop and refine curricula for today’s dynamic learning environments, we foster a culture of innovation and inclusive teaching that helps faculty adopt evidence-based practices that are adaptable and forward-looking. In addition to our core work, QILT supports faculty initiatives such as the Quinnipiac University Writing and Critical Thinking (QUWACT) program, the Inclusive Excellence in Teaching Lab (IETL), and the contributions of faculty fellows.
Together, these efforts strengthen the Quinnipiac community, advance collaboration and best practice sharing, and cultivate a thriving academic environment of continual improvement.
